Child Health Surveillance  Clinics

Dr Shipton, Dr Tait, Dr Warner, Dr Dhesi and Dr Bird perform routine developmental assessments on all of the children in the practice, in co-operation with our health visitors.

There are by appointment.

Family Planning

A full range of contraceptive services is available by making an appointment with one of our qualified family planning nurses. If you wish to have an Implanon please make an appointment with Dr Warner, Dr Dhesi or Dr Bird. Coils are inserted by Dr Inman, Dr Dhesi and Dr Bird. 

Cervical Smears

Available by appointment with the nurse

Diabetic Clinic

For regular follow-up patients with diabetes

Asthma Nurse Appointments

Assessment and advice for our patients with asthma

Heart Disease Prevention

Assessment and advice for our patients with high blood pressure or risk of heart disease.

Please telephone for appointments for all these clinics. If you require further information please ask to speak to our practice nurses who will be able to give you full details of the facilities available and advise you about booking appointments.

Minor Surgery

All our doctors perform minor surgery for suitable patients by prior arrangement.

Cryotherapy

This service is offered by appointment with our Triage Nurse

 

Tetanus

It is sensible for all adults to be fully immunised against tetanus. A full set of five injections should give lifelong immunity.

Flu Vaccinations

Available every autumn to our senior patients and anyone with a heart or respiratory disease, diabetes or other chronic conditions.
