Welcome to Croft Medical Centre
At Croft Medical Centre the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We are accepting new patients and welcome any patients living in the South Leamington Spa. See our 'New Patients' page for more information and registration forms.
Routine GP/nurse appointments are bookable as early as 6 weeks in advance or as late as on the day. We have a highly qualified and experienced Advance Nurse Practitioner who can consult on and prescribe for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries.
Other medical services we offer include blood taking, antenatal/postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations, travel and health checks. We also manage chronic diseases such as Asthma and Diabetes with regular reviews.
Our Branch surgery at Bishops Tachbrook serves the residents of the area and has a dedicated dispensary for those patients.
Both surgeries have all ground floor services and disabled access as well as parking facilities.
As we are a large practice with a wide range of clinical staff, when you call the surgery for an appointment you will be asked to give a brief outline of your concern. This will enable us to make sure you see the most appropriate person for your concern. All our staff are bound by confidentially laws and the information you give us is treated in the strictest of confidence.
All Patients must be allocated a named GP on registration. When making appointments, you do not need to see this GP exclusively, you are welcome to book or will be given an appointment with the GPs who are on duty at the time.
Have your say.....Our active Patient Participation Group meet bi-monthly to discuss how best we can serve our patients. For more information/to join click on the 'Have your say tab' above or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Click on the tabs to get more information about our opening times, appointments and the other services we offer or call 01926 421153 if you would like to speak to someone.
