You can now prebook an appointment up to 8 weeks in advance as well as on the day.


You can register to book your appointments on line - please ask our reception staff and bring with you a photo identification. It is a simple process and will save patients time in booking.


 

Travel Clinic

Travel Health Questionnaire

To help us offer the appropriate advice, please fill out the online form  before coming to see the nurse. Normally you need to complete this questionnaire prior to your appointment. Please note that you need to book your appointment with the travel nurse at least 6 weeks prior to travel, you can do this by telephoning reception on 01926 421153 after 10am in the morning.


Certain Immunisations are not covered by the NHS. A schedule of fees can be obtained by clicking the following link Travel Charges Further Information

We are a registered Yellow Fever Centre and provide a full range of travel vaccination services as well as a travel pack.
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment at least a month in advance of your departure date with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements.  This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.  There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.  This is because some travel vaccines are not included in the services provided by the NHS and therefore is a chargeable service.
