Appointment System:


You can now prebook an appointment up to 8 weeks in advance as well as on the day.


You can register to book your appointments on line - please ask our reception staff and bring with you a photo identification. It is a simple process and will save patients time in booking.

 Appointments

calendarWe offer an appointment system called 'Advanced Access', which means that appointments can be booked the day on which they are required, though a number of pre-bookable appointments will remain available for each doctor up to eight weeks in advance. We offer evening appointments on Monday or Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm-7.30pm. Please ask the receptionist for information.

Telephone consultations are also offered daily with each doctor.

Consultations are by appointment only and our receptionists will endeavour to give you a convenient appointment with a doctor or appropriate Health Care professional of your choice. You will always be offered a consultation with a Health Care professional within 2 working days. 

The telephone number to ring is 421153 then press 1 for Appointments, press 2 for Test Results and Press 3 (between 9am-1pm)  for Prescriptions.

How do I register?

There are two ways of registering to use Patient Access and both accessible here Click here to Register, Book Appointments or Order Prescriptions (click the "Register" button).

1. Register with a letter

You can register by firstly visiting your practice in person and requesting a registration letter which will enable you to set up a full account. This needs to be requested when you visit the practice and will require identification. Once you have the letter you can then enter the details from the letter into the registration form. 2. Register without a letter

You can also register for the service online without a letter. This process will check to see if your practice uses Patient Access and create a basic account that allows you to book an appointment. View full instructions here.

If you use this option, to get access to the complete features that your practice offers you will need to visit them in person and take ID with you.
