Appointment System:


You can now prebook an appointment up to 8 weeks in advance as well as on the day.


You can register to book your appointments on line - please ask our reception staff and bring with you a photo identification. It is a simple process and will save patients time in booking.


 

Pharmacists

Mrs Parveen Baden (f)

Parveen Baden – your new Clinical Pharmacist

Is the new Clinical Pharmacist at Croft Medical Centre. She will carry out medication reviews with patients taking 8 or more medications, to deal with any medication queries and provide advice on the most cost–effective drugs. She will support your GPs to improve patient care by ensuring all patients treatments are aligned to national and local clinical guidelines. This will help to ensure patients are receiving the latest evidence based care to gain the best clinical outcomes. It is all about the quality of care.

We will soon be inviting patients to attend appointments with Parveen to discuss their medication, if you are invited please bring along all your medication with you so that we can visualise our discussions.

She looks forward to meeting you and talking to you about your medication.

Community Midwives

The community midwife helps care for mothers before and after their baby is born. She has her own clinics in the medical centre to which you will be referred by your doctor.

Community Nurses

The community nurses look after people confined to their homes. They can be contacted by telephoning our reception and leaving a message or phoning 01926 317770.

Health Visitors

Tel: 01926 881938 9am- 10am (you can leave a message at other times)
These are nurses specially trained to advise on health care, particulary for mothers and children, the elderly and the handicapped.
